|Description||Are you a motivated college student interested in international studies and looking for a way to become more involved? Bridge Education Abroad Institute is currently looking to hire students at campuses across the country to work as campus recruiters for upcoming summer study abroad programs.
What is Bridge Education Abroad Institute?
BEAI is a quickly growing company seeking to give students the experience needed to succeed in the international job market. We host 7-10 day programs in several relevant countries where a diverse group of students from all around the world will come together and learn. Topics include study and discussion of international politics, economics, and security. Social events and trips to famous locations are also incorporated for students to make friends will fellow classmates from all over the world and exchange cultural values.
What will be the responsibilities of a campus recruiter?
The purpose behind the campus recruiter program is for BEAI to connect with college campuses on a more personal level. Our campus recruiters will spread the word of BEAI’s upcoming programs to fellow classmates and answer questions they may have. For those who are interested, our recruiters will give them the appropriate materials and put them in contact with the right people. Having knowledge of their campus that we do not, our recruiters will be able to more quickly and efficiently reach potential applicants. Typical strategies include talking to popular student organizations, getting in contact with international departments, or posting flyers. As each campus is different, we rely on our recruiters to be creative and come up with ideas that will suit it best. They will be in regular contact with our office, coordinating efforts.
This opportunity is more than just a potential line on your resume. It is a chance to develop people skills and make connections, while learning more about international business. We want the experience to be a positive one, and a benefit to your success in your future career path. In addition, we are able to give our campus recruiters a commission pay for every student they get to apply. If this sounds like an opportunity you would want to be a part of, please send your resume to email@example.com, along with your name and contact information, so that we can set up a phone interview.

The BEAI program in Ireland was a wonderful experience. In 10 days I learned so much. The lectures were interesting and taught me a lot about international relations and the world economy. The learning however, reached far beyond the confines of a classroom. Getting to interact with professors outside of the classroom, while touring the city or having a group dinner, gave me insights into many new topics. I also learned so much from the other program participants.
This program has taught me a great deal but has also broadened my horizons and given me the opportunity to network with people from all over the world. There were many intellectual conversations that took place and the entire experience was an adventure, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I have stayed in touch with many of the people who I met on this trip and we continue to learn from one another, and from the experiences we were exposed to in Ireland.
